Recently I bought an Adafruit Motor HAT for my Raspberry Pi, and now I would like to control the motors using Simulink.
I have found a tutorial that shows in what way Simulink is able to control the Motor Shield V2 for an Arduino, but this doesn't directly work for the Raspberry Pi Motor HAT.
Can I install an Add-On for Matlab to control the Motor HAT directly from Simulink, or would it be better to try to run the Python code for controlling a DC motor from simulink?

We are not Simulink users here. I'd check with The MathWorks to see if they have any code to interface with the HAT.

I have contacted The MathWorks. I will post their response here once I have some useful information.
