Flora Motion Sensor HELP!!

Post by cint »

Hi!

I love yours videos! I saw the video on YouTube about the shiny skirt that activates the Flora movement sensor.
I also want to make a skirt with a motion sensor, but I do not know what I have to buy to be able to do the same. Please, I need to know exactly what I should buy. It's very urgent. I have the fashion show in early July. Do you make international shipments. I'm from Barcelona (Spain).

Thank you very much and I hope you answered as quickly as possible ...Pleaseeee

The parts required to make the skirt are listed in the guide here: https://learn.adafruit.com/sparkle-skir ... d-supplies
We do ship internationally. We also have a number of distributors in Europe - including several in Spain.

I'm totally desperate, I bought the kit to make a skirt with LEDs with motion sensors, and it does not work. I need the skirt for a fashion show. I send them the photos, to see if they detect something that I have not done well. I await your news as soon as possible. Thank you

The first thing to do is to run the StrandTest example code from the Neopixel Library:
https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_Ne ... ndtest.ino

That will verify if your pixels are wired correctly.

We can't see much detail in the photos. Make sure that the knots in the conductive thread are tight. You need to have good electrical connections on all the threads to make things work.
