I have 3 of the 12 x 5050 RGB NeoPixel Rings (https://www.adafruit.com/product/1643) connected to an Arduino. My code is fairly complete and currently I am working on a 3D printed case for it.
While I make the case, I need a PCB/board that will act as a power distribution for my 12V 3A power supply (those neopixels need a ton of current at full brightness) and will mount in the case using M2/M2.5 screws.
Is there a PCB that has a buck converter (down to 5V) and one that has multiple outputs (one for the Arduino, one for the neopixel)?
Something like https://askelectronics.co.ke/product/ar ... r-arduino/ but with more outputs.
Thx in advanced!
Ian.

you could use one buck converter for both the pixels and the processor unless you have a reason to do it some other way. Check out pololu.com for a good selection of boards.
