Flora won't show up as a port Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Hi,

I recently got two floras, and I am having an issue where they don't seem to be recognized over USB. When I plug one in the green light comes on, but Windows never makes the USB connection noise or shows a port in the Arduino IDE. Neither Flora will show up.

I found an old Flora I had in my stuff, and when plugging it in with the same cable it shows up just fine. Could these new two be missing a bootloader or something?

Yes, and the Flora never blinks any LEDs or changes behavior when pressing reset

tdp, when and where did ya get them from? our stock is checked out and all the floras so far are OK

I got the Floras directly from Adafruit on Jan 4th.

ok np! please email support@adafruit for replacements, our stock seems to be fine so we're not sure whats up with this.
