Monster M4sk Display Defective

Post by Lifeafte »

I turned on my Monster M4sk this AM and noticed it now has a dead pixel line (horizontal appears to be full width of display)
The black line is directly across the light areas of the eye display.

Do I need to return this for a replacement? I just received it last week Wed 08/12/2020

The dead line just showed up? Have you tried resetting/rebooting?

Yes , I used the reset switch. I powered it off at the switch and back on. I Switched it off and removed the usb cable and powered it back up from the lithium battery. I then tried the reset with only the battery attached. I switched it off again, removed all power sources then attached the usb cable and tried it again.
The line is still there and runs from one side to the other. It is also visible in the white areas of the logo when you power it on.

Started checking it again to be sure I had checked the reset.
When I switched back to the usb cord, it is completely dead. Neither display seems to be powered on. It does not show the logo or eyes and no light from behind screens. Small led next to usb connector is on but seems to be pulsing but not completely on or off.
Forgot to say, dead on battery only now also (have two batteries charged, no display with either)

OK, email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one Monster M4SK M4.
