Electric Heating Pad Advice
Hello, I’m looking for some advice on how to properly wire the Electric Heating Pad 10cm x 5cm (https://www.adafruit.com/product/1481) to 4xAA batteries. The product description states the heating pad is just a gigantic resistor. Will the batteries be damaged if I connect them directly to the heating pad, or should I also include a resistor (e.g. 330 Ω) in series to protect the batteries or prevent quick drainage?

Just connect one lead to the positive side and the other to the negative side. It will not damage your batteries.
