Low resistance measured in Heatable fabric

For the Order 2400910-6193150998 for a EeonTex High-Conductivity Heater
Fabric (NW170-PI-20) the measured resistance in a 10 mm x 300 mm only have
a 0.17 ohms resistance measured between the ends . Not matching the datasheet
resistance per square in your web page or the others experimental values
found in the web. It seems that the product is defective or no the original
one.
