No Serial Port on Arduino IDE for Gemma M0

Post by Permian »

I just recently got an Adafruit Gemma for a costume project of mine. I was able to download the appropriate software to get Gemma recognized as a board with the Arduino software. Just yesterday when choosing a serial port I saw that /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port (Gemma) was an option (at least I think that's what the port read as) and I could get the simple "Blink" code working. Now I don't see that as an option anymore. I've never used a Gemma before and have a little experience using an arduino uno.

What happens if you press or double-press the reset button?

Oh, thank you1 I think I was able to fix the problem. The code can fully upload now but the "simple" code isn't showing up on the Neopixel strip I have it connected to. I made sure to change the data pin in the code to 1. Should I post this question on a separate post?

Please do. There's a better forum for that having to do with LEDs.
