Flora not Showing Under Windows 10

Hi,

I'm struggling to get my Flora to connect to my Windows 10 PC (bought from pimoroni). I've followed the guides about installing drivers, installing boards. Plugged it in, I'm getting a power light, but nothing else. No USB sound or anything else. I'm not getting an extra COM port. I've tried it on my desktop PC and two laptops. I've tried 3 different USB leads from different brands and nothing happening except the green light. I even tried installing drivers on the desktop, which did nothing.

Any ideas how else to solve the problem?

Please verify that you are using a USB *data/sync* cable and not a charge cable.
