Proximity trinkey Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Hello, i bought the proximity trinkey (Adafruit Proximity Trinkey - USB APDS9960 Sensor Dev Board) : https://www.adafruit.com/product/5022 a couple of days ago and i also bought the MDBT50Q-RX board the both comes with uf2 bootloader button the MDBT50Q-RX bootloader working but i have problem with proximity trinkey when i plug it in without the pressing the button it activate the light sensors but when plug it in pressing the bootloader button it just doesn't show up at all i don't know if iam doing something wrong or what im completely new to using trinkies so please help

You enter bootloader mode by double pressing the reset button. This should bring up a folder named TRINKEYBOOT and the two NeoPixels will turn green.
