Trinket and Gemma USB port Problems Windows7

What the secret getting Gemma or Trinket device USB ports to show up in windows 7 PC's

I trying to get either Gemma or Trinket to work with my Windows 7 PC and Arduino 1.6.8 IDE .
I have tried three windows 7 PC's all same problems.

Please Help

They are there, under libusb-win32 devices.

Trinket and gemma do NOT have com ports. Instead, they emulate a USBtinyISP programmer.
