possible defective TrinketMO
I recently received my two Trinket MO boards. One works great! But, the other does not. When USB is plugged in, the blue light turns on and immediately turns off. The green power light remains on. Unfortunately, I did not test it prior to soldering on the headers, so it is possible it may have been damaged during this process. I have examined the header solder joints under considerable magnification and do not see any indication of shorting or overheating. Is there any possibility this board is still OK? How could I check it? Thanks.

Does anything happen if you double-click the reset button on the one that doesn't work?

No, there is no visible response to double-click of the reset pin.

Thank you. It sounds like something is wrong with that one’s bootloader.

might be a tad late, but for reference in case this comes up in a search later on, I managed to fix my trinket that shipped with a faulty bootloader: viewtopic.php?f=52&t=140080#p696732
