I can understand the urgency, and if we can determine conclusively that it's defective it'll be replaced.

I measure the battery, the turnout is good, but once the controller connected to the battery no light comes on, I click on the buttons nothing either, it's as if the controller is not connected to any source of power.

The circuit playground express you sent me is good this time, thank you very much for your patience. Please see the photos.
Currently the servo motor turns only 45 degrees, what I need to change to the code so that it opens and closes at 90 degrees.
thank you so much

I don't tend to use Makecode, but I see a couple things...

You use servo write pin and servo set pulse pin but I think you need one or the other. Servos work by converting pulse widths to a rotation angle. You can directly control the pulse width or let the library figure out the pulse width based on an angle you specify.

The value servo write pin block expects is an angle in degrees (between 0 and 180, inclusive).

FWIW, a decent introduction to how servos work is https://resources.kitronik.co.uk/pdf/a-brief-guide-to-servos.pdf.

unfortunately I didn't manage to change the opening and closing angle of the servo, I changed the numbers on the code, but it didn't work

Have you tried a different servo. There can be some variance between units, though this seems like a lot.

What happens if you tried 0 and 180? Through how much of an angles does the horn move?
