<raises hand> My Trinkey's dead on arrival, too

Post by ShakespeareGeek »

Support sent me here. I see 2 other threads on this same subject (and tried to join one) but I'm not sure if new posts are automatically spotted.

My Trinkey arrived yesterday, and I can't get it to acknowledge signs of life at all. Tried it on multiple computers as well as directly into a charger. Nothing lights up. Tried double clicking the button to go into bootloader mode to get the green lights, nothing. Nothing shows up in the ports for the IDE, either. Sounds like I'm not the only one.

The bag mine came in says W12675-A.

Thanks very much!

Let's swap it out as I see from the other threads that this looks like an issue on our side. Thanks for posting numbering on the bag.

Go ahead and write to [email protected] requesting a replacement and link them to this forum thread. You will need to include your order number as well.

Just for closure -- got a new trinkey today and it works great, lit right up when I plugged it in! thanks!
