I have a dead Trinkey 4870

Post by jim_st »

I posted on another thread about a defunct one of these hoping to get some way to get a replacement for it.

Mine is nonfunctional from the gitgo on multiple units supplying USB.

Support referred me to here for some action. No action from the other post I added to.

Can someone comment on what it would take to get a replacement, or some suggestion as to what is wrong with it. It does nothing.

The following link into the forum has my photos, etc.
thanks

Let's try a new one.

Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one Adafruit Neo Trinkey.

Appreciate the help. Let me know if getting the bad one back would help you.
thanks again

Excellent. Toss the old one or make it into a techy keychain or dangly earring :)
