Still unable to load USBtinyISP

Post by rbdopp »

I hate to be a pest... but I just can not figure out how to load the “USBtinyISP” on my trinket. In Arduino, the Trinket is not listed in the "tools/board" set. I now know what the flashing red LED means (slapping my forehead) so can get in "boot loading mode", but is there another way to load the USBtinyISP? I downloaded "bootloader-trinket_m0-v3.13.0.bin" but have no idea what to do with it! I am running an iMac.

I also wonder why on Earth that Adafruit doesn't load the USBtinyISP on the trinket! They loaded enough to make the LED's work... so why NOT the USBtiny too?

Frustrated,
Bob
