No Bootloader Mode

Post by Saleos »

Hello, I bought 4 pro trinkets (5V) and none of the 4 will enter bootloader mode. Only the Green power indicator is on and i can confirm that the cord I am using is a data and power cord. I recently bought another pro trinket (5V) and the bootloader mode works with that cable. Is there anyway I can get 4 replacement Trinket Pro (5V-16MHz) boards for my projects? I attempted to use the FTDI on one of the boards and still nothing with it.

Have you tried to reprogram the bootloader? https://learn.adafruit.com/introducing- ... bootloader

saleos, you can email support@adafruit for a new set. If you can post a photo of the pink baggie your orders came in, there's a WO number we can use to trace down the batch in case there were a few errors!
