Is the pro trinket lipoly battery backpack compatible with trinket MO?

Not 100%, but it can be made to work. The backpack is designed to fit the Pro Trinkets and the ItsyBitsy. The arrangement of the power/ground/battery pins on the other Trinkets is a little different, so the "5v" pin does not line up.

What you can do is install 2 header pins in the "BAT" an "G" positions of the backpack which line up with the "Bat" and "Gnd" pins of the Trinket. Then run a jumper from the "5V" pin on the backpack to the "USB" pin on the Trinket.
