Bluefruit EZ-Key for Tac-2 Joystick

Post by trenchie »

Hi! I'm new to all this, but I'm wondering if anyone successfully converted a Suncom Tac-2 Joystick (Amiga/Commodore64) for use with Bluefruit EZ-Key? Would it be possible/easy as a first project?

Looks pretty simple inside: https://goo.gl/T8p78U

I am doing something that is almost kind of similar. I'd love to have a bluetooth stick for playing C64 and Amiga games, so I have designed my own 3D printed joystick that uses arcade parts! The EZ-Key has been out of stock for about a year, so I'm using a Feather instead. I'm having some issues making it work though, so I really really wish the EZ-Key still was available... Some more info in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=112848&p=604370&hi ... ey#p597801

Here are some stills of my joystick:
