Hi. I'm no expert, but I've used wireless key fobs in my projects. Maybe I can help a little.
The description could use a few more details.
  • The wording is a bit confusing. Could you draw a diagram?
  • Will it operate indoors or outdoors or both? What range is needed?
  • Where will the boxes go? Do they need to be connected?
  • Is the beep a subtle tone or a loud alarm?
  • What sort of lights will these be, gentle indicators or bright illuminators?
I can't promise to know the solutions. I'm a novice, but maybe adding these details will help the real experts guide your project. Best of success.

Hallelujah!

This is for indoor use in a medical office. We need to use the fob to turn on 3 different light boxes. they are only indicator lights. the sound is a subtle beep and that is only on a single box. The range is only about 50 ft. But it has to work through some walls. It is being used as patient indicator lights and paging with the beep.

So a patient enters a room. Fob is pressed and staff knows there is a patient in the room(from three different lights throughout the office). The beep is for when the patient is ready to be pick up.
