How to Customize Bluefruit Connection "Plotter"

I'm using a Feather M0 Bluefruit to read a stream of data from a carbon dioxide monitor. Then I'm using the Adafruit_BluefruitLE_nRF51 library to transmit the data to the Bluefruit Connection app on an iPhone to plot the results. The plotter works fine, as far as it goes, but I would like to customize it: manually scale the axes, add a title, add axis labels. Is there any way to do this?
