Are my expectations correct?

I am new to the Feather system and have not gotten my Feather MO yet. As I get into it more, I'm wondering if I will be able to do what I had planned. I have an analog pressure sensor that I want to monitor its output on my iPad through Bluetooth (not WIFI since it will not be available). I know I can see the value that is being sent to the Feather by using Pin I/O mode, but I want to see the calculated values from those numbers that the sketch will create. I'd like to see what I would see on the serial monitor but on my iPad. Will the app do that or would I have to make my own app (that I'm not qualified to do)? If the app will do that, please point me in the right direction to learn how.
