Raspberry no longer connecting to wireless

Post by kchrisj »

Order Confirmation No: 2635650-9051272175

I recently purchased 2 raspberry pis (August 2021). Both were working fine up until earlier this week.

One of them has stopped working. Both SD cards work on one of the pis and not the other.

Since it's less than sic months, Is there any way I can get a replacement?

Regards
Chris

Sorry, that's beyond the 30 day return period for unused items:
https://www.adafruit.com/shipping#returns
And also see this specific to Raspberry Pi's:

I'm not trying to return an unused raspberry pi. I'm trying to get a replacement!!!

I bought 2 raspberry pi's and configured both. They were up and running since I configured them. I was able to ssh into both wirelessly. Now I can't ssh into one of them.

I switched the micro SD card and it still didn't let me ssh into it

I tried connecting it to my network via a wired connection and still can't ssh into it and it's not showing up on my network

The same guidance applies. The Pi arrived working and worked for ~ 6 months. See if you can correlate the loss of functionality to something.
