I have a problem in that I may not have wifi access for my project. It is nominally planned to be written in CircuitPython (Blinka version) on a RasPi. I am hoping to use the Fona as a dialup interface. I would like to know

Can I switch video between a stock WebCam and the HiQ picam without losing the sound from the webcam?


• Is 3G going to have enough bandwidth to let me use the Hi-Q RasPi camera?
  
• Is it even good enough bandwidth to use the standard WebCam?
  
• Is it even worth experimenting with these to see if they work?
  
• Do I need an AT&T card or can I just add the line to my T-Mobile service?
  
• How do I call the remote FONA from my computer? What do I need? I could also use my iPhone 6s as a personal hotspot and call from it while I'm using the device. It has 4G LTE support, although the FONA would still have a 3G limit.
  
• I would like to host it on a RasPi here, but can also host it on Windows, MacOS, or iPad (the iPad has a cellular connection). Any recommendations?

The use of cellular communication at the CircuitPython level is a whole new world for me, and I have no idea how to proceed. References to appropriate learning articles would be appreciated.

I have no need of GPS for any reason.
