7" Touchscreen not working

The 7" touchscreen has stopped working. The Screen is used as an operator interface on our equipment and everything will work with a wireless mouse connected but not the touchscreen. we've tried multiple USB cables and even another touchscreen we had on hand but nothing is working. Any advice

Can you link to the product page for the specific screen you are using so we know exactly which one it is.
How long has the screen been in use?
What is driving the screen?
The other touchscreen also did not work?
