Raspberry pi 400.
I purchased this Raspberry pi 400 awhile ago and hooked it up to a brand new HDMI monitor along with brand new HDMI cables. It has no video. I hooked up the monitor to another source (raspberry pi 4b 4g board) and the monitor and cables work. So, I replaced the SD card with another preprogrammed NOOBS card and still no video. Is this unit defective? If so, can I get a replacement? Thank you.

Re: Raspberry pi 400.
Please post about this in the Raspberry Pi forums here:
https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=140
Posting there will hopefully get a response from the Rasbperry Pi support people that may have ideas about what could cause this issue. It also helps to give them general visibility on these issues. You can paste a link to that post back here so we can follow it. Thanks.

Re: Raspberry pi 400.
Your forums are useless. You offer no solutions.
I have a brand new HDMI monitor, brand new HDMI cables. I got no video. I tested the monitor and it works with another input source along with the cables. Why no video? Tried brand new SD NOOBS card and still no video. It's a boat anchor!

We can replace it. But please also post in the Raspberry Pi forums.
Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you a replacement Pi 400.
