Hi,

I purchased the Adafruit Funhouse (order #: 2857763-3571642574) on 6/1/2022. It appears to be broken, these photos are how it looks when plugged in to a power source. I required this board for a time-sensitive project and now cannot use it and would like a refund for my entire order.

What was your "entire order"? It looks like the on/off switch is broken, can you try to bridge the contacts?

The entire order was the board, mini magnet feet, USB A to C cable, 5V 2 amp switching power supply, IR distance sensor, 3-pin wire joints 3 pack, and a STEMMA JST PH 2mm 3 pin female socket cable.

We tried bridging the on/off switch and it lead to one green led turning on above the on/off but no activity with the leds along the "roof" of the board or screen. We tried double pressing the reset button and boot button as well as many different combinations of presses, but there was never any more activity from the board than that green light.

OK, contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and they will get you a new funhouse.
