Ada IO Dashboards

by robbrad on Thu Nov 16, 2017 3:56 am

Hi All

Firstly - this is a fantastic service you have created here - a little pricey for my liking I only have a few feeds over the free limit so $120 a year to run my outdoor environment stuff is a lot - but it works and it works very well

1. Is there a way to lock the dashboard widget positions - I find as I add more widgets and drag them down they all get jumbled up and I have to reorganise them from the top
2. Can the data in Ada IO be feed to other graphing software like D3?

Thanks
Rob

For your first issue, how many blocks do you have the dashboard that this starts causing issues? Do you usually have multiple columns? Do they resize? We'll take a look at this one.

For number 2, you could export all of your data via the io ui, or you could pull the data from io with a script and pipe it into your graphing software. This isn't quite as easy as simply using our graphs, but there might be some examples out there of people doing this already.
