Adafruit IO Arduino library uses SSL?

Post by kPkPT »

Hello,
I have a simple question: does the adafruit arduino IO library use SSL? Because I intend to use it for some home automation and that includes gates so I'm a little concerned about security.
Best regards,
Vasco.

Yep! It connects to the Adafruit IO MQTT broker's secure (SSL) port by default!
