Throttling error after updating to 200 PPM Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

I updated my PPM to 200 and I'm still getting a throttling error if I exceed 110ish PPM. Whats the deal? I just paid a lot of money for something that doesn't work. is the upgrade to 200 PPM instantaneous or do I have to wait a couple of days? And if it doesn't work, how do I get my refund??

We're looking into this.

If you have any further details, that would help. Any specific error messages (we have multiple layers of throttles you could be running into, and the specific throttle error message could narrow down which one you're hitting).

At one point, we did increase a global throttle rate for another user that had 300ppm+, so I'm surprised there is one you're running into at 110ppm.
