System in Package or System on chip similar to the omega mod

Recommendation on SOC package (IoT computer).

Hardware features:

> 580MHz CPU.
> 128MB Memory.
> 32MB Storage.
USB 2.0 Support.
2.4GHz b/g/n WiFi.
3.3V Operating Voltage (can vary)
12 GPIOs.
Support for UART, I2C, SPI.

Power consumption requirement:
ultra sleep mode: <5mA
Sleep mode: <15mA
Operational mode (sensor measurement) and wifi radio off: < 50mA (or please indicate the value)
Operational mode with ML model running and wifi radio off: < 150mA
Operational mode with ML model running and wifi radio on: < 250mA

Firmware:
Included preloaded Linux on the module (Or clear instructions on how to mount linux)
Instructions on how to setup a python environment on OS
Add ons: Firmware package for I2C, GPIO and SPI.
Add ons: Firmware package for Power management
Bonus Add ons: Firmware IoT package with LTEM and NBIOT modules (For example: Quectel chip)

The Onion is a pretty unique SoC - my only suggestion is that you may want to look at the Raspberry Pi compute module 4 (https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/co ... -cm4001000).
