What version of Adafruitio do you have? Adafruitio free has a 'throttle' that regulates the amount and speed you can input data.

When you downgrade from IO+, the feed limit is set to 10 feeds. Any feeds over that limit are disabled and unable to be used. You can delete those feeds if you'd like. I believe we keep the 10 most recently used feeds, and disable the rest.
