Does IO have the trigger capability to send a MQTT message at a specified time, ie MidNight so collection nodes can reset counters and don't have to be particularly aware of actual time?
Cheers

Hello, yes it is possible to Schedule MQTT Messages to io.adafruit.com from Windows Task Scheduler.

Re: Trigger at Midnight (or other set time)
Hi,
Sorry I was not clear enough. I have an ESP32 with Circuit Python talking to Adafruit IO. I was hoping for the Adafruit Scheduler to be able to send out a 'heart beat' to cause IOT devices to upload collected data and reset internal accumulation.
I have no fixed computers in what I am trying to do.
Cheers

Re: Trigger at Midnight (or other set time)
You'll want to use a Schedule trigger.
Select the time period to be daily, every week-day.
Set the start time to 12:00
Set the "then" to "publish a message to:" and select your feed and the value to publish across.
I'd subscribe your collection nodes to this specific feed, and have a callback function to listen to changes across this feed.
