Error: request failed - authentication failed, missing token

Post by science_al »

When I try to create an IO action, I get:
"Error: request failed - authentication failed, missing token requested"

See this video for what happens:

Thanks for your help.

Al,

Have you been able to setup your AIO keys for authentication?

Yes, I've set up an AIO key and am using it successfully with a different device.

Are you able to do anything else in IO? Create a feed, or add data to a feed (via the web from the feed page)?

One quick suggestion is try signing out of IO and signing back in. Based on the error message, it looks like the authentication is failing (which isn't related to the AIO Key, in this case).

Did this just start happening as well? Does IO work in a different browser?
