Dashboard fullscreen on raspberry

by thedarkhawk on Fri Nov 20, 2015 2:27 pm

Hi folks,

I'm trying to setup my first dashboard. finally it shall show my weatherstation data on a raspberry pi with the new "original" raspberry touchscreen display.
the stange thing is, on my mac I have a button to set the dashboard to fullscreen (without the top an bottom nv bars) but on the raspberry pi, there is no button on the very same page. tried the stack browser and chromium. chromium is able to set the hole page in fullscreen but still I habe the adafruit nav bars top and bottom.

I just deployed a change that fixes this issue. You should see it on the Pi now.

Thanks for the bug report!

ok, I've found one more thing.
to switch into fullscreen works fine now. but the browser (epiphany, chromium, and iceweasel) do show a scrollbar on the right, although all widgets do fit completly. seems like the default height is 2 or 3 pixels to big, so one could scroll for these few pixels, but it makes no sense, since there is nothing.
see the screenshot attached:
