id numbers and calendar time?
When I download CSV data it comes with an id number like 107114601 and a feed_id like 509595. Are these unique integers constantly increasing with time? (It certainly looks that way based on limited observations.) Will they overflow and reset?

They are unique, and growing (but not something you can really depend on), and will not reset for quite some time.
