It apperas to me I need small test gadget for different test purposes
and then think BNO055 or L3GD20H/LSM303/BMP180 (or change last to BME280 or even BME680 when available)
will be perfect choice. And integrating those with BLE will be even better.
Additional sensors as GPIO will be an extra feature :)
Do you plan having something like this and write also some nice Android/iPhone measurement/logg app?
Or may be some advice how I can get all together myself?

you can totally do this right now using the Android version of Adafruit Bluefruit Connect - it has an MQTT mode where it will move data from BLE to Adafruit.io with your phone as the BLE->internet bridge
