I tried creating a graph to show a week or a month worth of data (temperature, taken once per minute) and it just creates the same graph with less than 24 hours worth of data every time. Is this a bug or working as intended?

I just come to the forums to research the same question. I am looking to chart Temperature and Humidity over 96 hours. And have found the same thing, the charts only seam to run for 3 hours.

I get a weird rolling 17 hour window from like 4:30PM yesterday til 9:30AM this morning.

This graph is supposed to be the last 24 hours.. but it doesn't matter. If I try to create a graph for 720 hours (1 month) I get the same window.

Are charts limited to ~1000 points?

Your running; ~17 Hours @ 60 second interval = 1020
I am running ~3 hours @ 10 second interval = 1080

This makes me think that charts are limited to ~1000 points.

I think 1000 data points is enough for any given charts. I think maybe for extended ranges they should make the chart less granular.. for example, maybe on a 24 hour graph they only plot one data point per 5 minutes, a week could be one point per hour, etc.

Yes, this post supports the 1000 points limit. Sounds like they're working on your request. I would like to have the same thing -- the reason I was poking around.

Same issue here. Seem to remember reading a message about limiting data to a month but that should not effect more then 6 or so hours on the graphs.
