Error 500 Internal Server Error (io.adafruit.com) Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Getting this error with Safari & FireFox, though io.adafruit.com/blog states services are operational (IO: Web, MQTT, API).

My account on IO is old, little-used up to now, so is there something wrong with my account?

I get the same, 500 server error, immediately after signing in. My account is brand new today.

I'm using chrome on a PC. My account was also set up only one day ago.

I have the exact same error and my account is only a day or two old. I've tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer with no avail.

This error must be related to the upgrade they installed on April 21. According to the time stamps, all the posts reporting the error occurred after that date.

Update to my previous post.

If i click on the link in the article "https://learn.adafruit.com/home-automation-in-the-cloud-with-the-esp8266-and-adafruit-io?view=all" and then login to access the site i get the error.

Then i logged into the adafruit web site and AFTER open another tab in Firefox with "www.adafruit.io" at this point i was able to go into the adafruit.io site without error.
