For all the great and cute products that Adafruit makes, the one nightmare is what to do and who to ask when things dont work as they should.
The only option is this forum ( or thats what i believe) and there are times when for weeks no one responds. You dont even know if anyone reads it. A case in point is this post of mine : viewtopic.php?f=57&t=142341
I appreciate the volume of support requests you must be getting but then as a user what am i supposed to do ?
I am sorry ... i do not want to sound rude. But really i am helpless.
Are all topics being read by someone ??

Another great place to post is on the Adafruit Discord in #projecthelp: http://adafru.it/discord Getting more eyes on a problem certainly helps.

hiya we tend to focus on threads getting people going and their hardware working. your thread was about really advanced stuff that we don't support - so we may not reply as fast!
