Feather nRF52840 - Access P1.x Pins?

Feather nRF52840 - Access P1.x Pins?

I have a custom nRF52840 board with all pins connected and running Feather Express bootloader.
Now, trying to use pins that are not wired on the Original Feather Express such as P1.11 - 1.15

Tried a few obvious things but still can't access them. Could anyone advise?
