Hi Guys,
I am based in Malaysia and was wondering if the Adafruit Feather M0 with RFM95 LoRa Radio - 900MHz - RadioFruit
board is configurable to work with 923Mhz which is the band for asia. I'm unable to find a version on the website that specifically states 923mhz.
Thank you!

Hmm.. it might work, but probably wouldn't work as well.
The radio module itself can be tuned across a wide range of frequencies. Individual boards have built-in filters that block frequencies outside their working range. The 900MHz radios normally operate at 915MHz, which is reasonably close to 923MHz, so I doubt you'd get too much unwanted attenuation.
I'm afraid we can't make any promises though. Radio is finicky enough when you have a lab full of test hardware.
