Feather NRF52840 Express Will Not Reset

I cannot get the board to reset or enter bootloader mode.

Have tried the following
- fast double press of reset
- held down user button while applying power
- held down user button for >5 seconds

are there other means to force a reset?

A quick, simple press should reset the board. A fairly quick double-press should put you in the bootloader. The reset switch may be defective. You can ground the reset pin, which is at the end near the USB connector (opposite the battery connector).

Thanks. I tried grounding the Reset Pin and also grounding it and holding the DFU coming out of a board reset (both the reset button and the Reset pin to ground). Board is not responding.
