Compatability of Adafruit Feather 32u4 RFM69HCW Packet Radio

I have been using an Arduino Pro mini 328 3.3V with a rfm69HCW breakout as a wireless sensor.

I would line to change to the Adafruit Feather 32u4 RFM69HCW Packet Radio - 868 or 915 MHz - RadioFruit.

Can I expect the programming I am currently using to be the same?
Do I use my current Arduino IDE and the C programming language?

In other words, are they basically the same for the user and are just another type of Arduino?

Yep, pretty much the same deal between the 328 to the 32u4. Same Arduino IDE and programming language. You probably will not need to change a single line of code.
