HUZZAH32-ESP32 with Plantower PM sensor

HUZZAH32-ESP32 with Plantower PM sensor

Is it possible to use your Plantower PM sensor with a HUZZAH32-ESP32? If so, do you have some code showing how to do this? I'm assuming that the 5 V Plantower can be powered from the USB pin when the HUZZAH is connected to a computer. I've used the Plantower extensively with an UNO and software serial, but I think using the HUZZAH will be different?
