Circuit Playground Express with Code Maker

by TchrAllen on Wed Jan 16, 2019 11:42 am

Hello:

I recently purchased a couple "Circuit Playground Express" which we are trying to use the code.org Maker App or Code.org Computer Science Discovery Unit 6.
The Purchase number is Order Confirmation No: 1948398-3892099392.
The error message is posted below. The closest forum resolution I came across with one with Circuit Playground Express with Formata. I uninstall the driver on a computer and tried the device with the project again and still got the same error.
Attached is the error message that I received when I tried to run the software with the device.

Hello:

Thanks for your response. I tried a couple days ago and it didn't work. So I uninstall and tried the file with the dates you send me and it still doesn't work. What else can I do? Should I also delete all the drivers when I do this?
Thanks.

You were able to install - so does that mean you got the CPLAYBOOT folder to show up? It sounds like you did and it just didn't work even after copying over the UF2.

But it also looks like this might be a driver issue, in which case I would expect there to be problems even getting CPLAYBOOT to show up.
