I've set up the CPB like the web said, downloaded the uf2 file and copied it into my CPB, and it worked fine and I was able to connect to it with the up, but when I tried uploading a sketch from the arduino ide I received this message:
Upgrading target on COM5 with DFU package C:\Users\yotam\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino_build_846875\Blink.ino.zip. Flow control is disabled, Single bank, Touch disabled
########################################
Activating new firmware
Device programmed.
and after that the the CPB applied the sketch but he disappeared from the list of devices connected to my computer and I had to do the set up again to upload a new sketch.
any suggestions? thanks!

Re: Circuit Playground Bluefruit firmware update
You might need to double tap the reset button on your CPB if the device does not automatically appear in the Arduino IDE for upload. Otherwise it sounds like everything is running correctly.
