Can anyone help me troubleshoot



Crickit happy face light lights up green when I connect to 5v but won’t reset or interact with playground express. Reset button and green neopixel doesn’t light up either



It was working yesterday btw



The playground express it’s self works perfectly even when mounted. USB sends data etc.

CPX lights blink red when i try to import crickit or run a servo
CPX works on its own though



Any idea? Is it burnt out? Im trying to add images

Are you seeing the same behavior with every device unplugged from the Crickit except for the CircuitPlayground Express?

Were you using the additional power supply which is necessary?

You can disconnect the crickit and plug it into your computer directly via USB to do a SEESAW firmware upgrade which might help get things back to a known good state.

Thank you for the reply. The CRICKIT is no longer receiving power or being recognized by any usb aka no green light. Im no longer seeing seesaw,crickitboot or anything pop up. The circuit playground works perfectly however. I have about 3 different 5v cables and plugs I tested.

Does double clicking the crickit reset button make any difference when connected via USB? Note there is a on/off slide switch to verify it is still on.

If you have had this board for less than 30-days and believe the board has failed prematurely (not user error) we can help with replacement.

THank you for your response. IT no longer works at all. no power so ill be replacing it. Its been over 30 days
