Hello,
New to everything here and am just trying out a Circuit Playground. When I tap the reset button twice it doesn't go into boot loader (the light doesn't do anything) and I can never load anything onto it. I showed it to someone with a ton of experience and she said that there must be nothing on my circuit playground, it can't even interact with my computer.
I bought it a few months ago when adafruit was out of stock so I ended up getting it off of eBay, but it seems it's just faulty. Can somebody help me out with this? Is there anything I can do about it?

We don't sell anything on eBay, so if it turns out to be a hardware problem you'll need to contact the vendor who sold it. We can help with some basic debugging though.
