I can not get codemaker on Playground Classic

I can't tell you how many forums I've read, or try this videos I have watched. But I just got a playground classic and hooked it up to ardunio and the thing works great! It runs the code. But now I want to put codemaker files on it. And my computer does not see it as a drive. Now I have tried different cables even Mac's and PC computers, 4 Different ones at that! I can't seem to get the Ardiuno code off the playground and put makecode on it. Oh and I have even clicked the reset button once and then done the 2 times bootload press and have 10 Seconds it goes right back into the code.

Is there someone I can call who can walk me thru how to fix this problem?

I think you can only use the makecode on the Playground Express.

The product page for the Playground Classic says:

This is the Classic version of Circuit Playground, which comes with an ATmega32u4. It's designed to be used with Arduino IDE and code.org CS Discoveries only. It even comes with Firmata already programmed in, so you can use it immediately with code.org Discoveries without any preparation or updates.

If you would like to use MakeCode or CircuitPython, check out Circuit Playground Express, which can be used with MakeCode, CircuitPython or Arduino.

What was said above is correct. Do you actually have a Circuit Playground Classic?

This totally makes sense I completely ordered the wrong one. I though both of them could do makecode. Is there any way to pay the difference and send the classic back?
